Booking & Payments
How do I book a picnic or event?
Simply fill out our booking inquiry form with your preferred date, event type, and details. We’ll reach out within 24-48 hours to discuss your vision and confirm availability.
What is your deposit and payment policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept all major credit cards and electronic transfers.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends and peak season. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests — just reach out!
Setup & Location
Where can you set up?
We can set up at parks (permit may be required), private residences, backyards, rooftops, and select venues in the Columbus, Ohio area. We’ll help you choose the perfect spot.
Do I need to secure a park permit?
For most Columbus Metro Parks, a permit may be required for setups. We’ll guide you through the process and let you know what’s needed for your chosen location.
How long does setup take?
We arrive 1-2 hours before your scheduled time to ensure everything is perfectly styled. You’ll arrive to a fully ready experience.
What happens after our experience?
We return after your scheduled time to handle complete breakdown and cleanup. You simply gather your personal belongings and walk away!
Weather & Rescheduling
What happens if it rains?
Weather is monitored closely leading up to your event. If rain or severe weather is forecasted, we’ll reach out to discuss rescheduling options at no additional cost.
Can I reschedule my event?
Yes! Rescheduling requests made 7+ days in advance can be accommodated based on availability. Requests within 7 days may incur a rescheduling fee.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the event forfeit the full payment. We always try to work with you to reschedule rather than cancel.
The Experience
What's included in a picnic setup?
Each package includes a styled low table, floor seating, decorative blankets and rugs, tableware, and decorative accents. Upgraded packages include florals, signage, and more.
Can I bring my own food and drinks?
Absolutely! We provide the beautiful setting — you provide the picnic fare. We can recommend local caterers and bakeries if you’d like suggestions.
Are children and pets allowed?
Yes! We love when furry friends and little ones join the celebration. Just let us know in advance so we can plan the setup accordingly.
Can I add more guests?
Additional guests can be added for $30 per person, subject to package capacity. Let us know your final guest count at least 5 days before your event.

Where do you provide services?
We serve Columbus, Ohio and surrounding areas within approximately 25 miles, including Westerville, Dublin, Powell, Worthington, Hilliard, Grove City, and more.
Do you charge a travel fee?
Locations within 25 miles of Columbus are included. A travel fee may apply for locations beyond this radius — just ask and we’ll provide a quote.
